avisable is a Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) platform that helps businesses optimize their websites for AI-powered search engines by automatically injecting structured data (JSON-LD schema) and generating AI-friendly content. The Service includes:

  • Automated schema extraction and injection
  • AI-optimized page generation
  • Dashboard for managing schemas and content
  • API access for schema delivery
  • Sitemap generation and IndexNow integration

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

6. Subscription and Payment

If you purchase a subscription:

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any damages resulting from Service unavailability.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
  • Non-payment of fees
  • At our sole discretion, with or without cause

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and data, though we will provide reasonable notice when possible.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AVISABLE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless avisable, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
